Write the name of each item you wish to purchase and note your total in the far right column. Once you have made your selection(s), find the appropriate shipping amount noted in the chart below.
As we are not part of a secure server, click on the print button to get a hard copy of this order. The easiest way to place your order, using your credit card, is to call us toll free at 877-540-2469. You may also email your order form to us at karen@tahoequilts.com or send via mail to 923 Tahoe Blvd., Ste. 101A, Incline Village, NV 89451. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
